This is a regular survey conducted at the end of each season with the results used to monitor progress in achieving a continuous improvement in the service offered to members.
To assist us in this process I request that you fill in the survey overleaf and send your completed survey to the Club, or alternatively leave it at Reception by Monday 23rd January.
We’re also keen to hear what you think would add to your experience at Friends Life t20 matches, whether that’s more music, more competitions or even more off pitch activities for before the game and during the interval.
