• Use their Notts Outlaws match ticket to gain entry to either the Durham Jets v Yorkshire Vikings game (Friday 11th July) or Durham Jets v Northants Steelbacks (Friday 25th July). The Notts match ticket must be retained and the ticket produced at the gate for the chosen alternative game. No ticket, no entry.

• Claim a full refund for the value of the ticket less an administration fee of £1.50 per application. All refunds can be claimed from Monday 7th July by producing the match ticket in person at the box office or by sending in the match ticket with the claimants name and address to the Box Office.
