Ben Stokes will bat against the Worcestershire Rapids tomorrow (June 30) as Durham Jets aim to win their fourth NatWest T20 Blast fixture of the season.
The England international who returned to Jon Lewis’ side for Durham’s crunch match against the Yorkshire Vikings last Friday will add some ferocious firepower to the Jets’ batting order although the all-rounder will not bowl as he continues his recovery from injury.
Durham have a perfect record at Emirates Riverside this season and will be hoping to maintain their 100% win ratio on home soil.
Gordon Muchall retains his spot in the side after impressing against Sri Lanka A this week during Durham’s four day Tour Match.
