Durham head coach Jon Lewis expressed his delight as Tom Latham was confirmed as the second overseas signing for 2017.
Latham, a former Academy man & player in the North East Premier League, will become the club’s overseas figure for 2017, following on from South African opener Stephen Cook.
Since his spell in the North East in 2010, the opener has cemented his place in the New Zealand side and established himself as a big asset in all forms of the game.
In his interview, Lewis talks about welcoming back Latham for the upcoming season and discusses the qualities the left-hander brings to the top-order of the side.
