Keaton Jennings is looking forward to leading England’s Lions tour of Sri Lanka this month – and he’s excited to see his Durham team mate back in action!
The opener flew out earlier this week ahead of the upcoming tour, which encompasses both First-Class and One-Day fixtures.
He leads a strong, experienced Lions side full of exciting talent that also includes Mark Wood for the latter end of the tour.
It will be Wood’s first competitive action since a third ankle operation at the end of last season and Jennings talks about having the pace bowler back fit and firing.
Keaton also discussed carrying on his 2016 form, impressing the selectors and his relationship with Lions coach Andy Flower.
