Unchanged squad for Vikings

Jon Lewis has named an unchanged 14-man squad for tonight’s televised NatWest T20 Blast clash against Yorkshire Vikings (6:30pm start).

The Headingley trip is the start of three away games this week, with matches at Leicestershire Foxes & Worcestershire Rapids to follow at the weekend.

But first up is derby day against the Vikings, who are in good form & currently sit top out of five teams on eight points in the North Group after victory over the Rapids last time out.

David Willey’s 118 off just 55 balls lifted the Vikings up to a mammoth score of 233, which they defended despite Ross Whiteley’s six sixes in an over.

The Jets are chasing a first win in this year’s competition & Jon Lewis has Usman Arshad, Barry McCarthy & Gareth Harte at his disposal should he want to make any changes following last night’s defeat.

Yorkshire ran out winners in the same fixture last year but the Jets prevailed in the last match between the two sides, a memorable semi-final victory at Edgbaston en route to last year’s final.
