Jobs: Wicketz Development Officer

Durham Cricket Board, in partnership with the Lord’s Taverners, are currently recruiting for the position of Wicketz Cricket Development Officer.

This exciting role seeks an energetic and experienced individual who can deliver across a wide range of key priorities and objectives. The role combines cricket coaching and development and the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging young people from areas of deprivation into becoming active members of community Wicketz cricket hubs.

The officer will continue the development of our established Wicketz programme in Hartlepool, introduced in 2015, which gives opportunities to young people to take part in cricket and enjoy physical activity regardless of background, circumstances or ability, while also providing wider opportunities to participants to develop social and personal skills.
