Virtual Play Cricket Scorer Course for iPad and Mobile

Durham Cricket Association of Cricket Officials (ACO) will run a free virtual Play Cricket Scorer course for scorers looking to use tablet and mobile devices this season.

The Play Cricket Scorer course will be the second hosted by Durham Cricket ACO, on the back of a successful Play Cricket Scorer Pro course.

The session will give scorers a chance to learn the basics of Play Cricket Scorer and will cover downloading a match, setting up a match, the basics of how to use the platform: entering runs, wickets and closing an innings along with editing a mistake.

The session will run on Sunday 28 March from 10am until 1pm and will be hosted on Zoom.

Candidates won’t be expected to use Play Cricket Scorer throughout the session but would be expected to have downloaded the app ahead of the session.

It is recommended that those booking for the course have a basic understanding of scoring.

If a candidate wishes to attend but wanted a scoring refresher ahead of the course, they can register for the Basics of Scoring course below.
