Durham seamer Matthew Potts has earned a maiden England ODI call up for this month’s series against South Africa after making an impressive debut in England’s four Test matches earlier this summer.
England Men’s selection panel have today named squads for the Royal London ODIs against South Africa starting on Tuesday 19 July.
Ben Stokes and Brydon Carse are also in the ODI squad and could feature on Tuesday at Seat Unique Riverside.

To manage the workload and fitness of England Men’s Test captain Ben Stokes, he will not feature in the Vitality IT20 series later this month and The Hundred competition, which is due to start in August.
