Tom Cant

An experienced coach within the women’s and girls’ game, Tom joined Durham as Emerging Players Programme Lead and Pathway Performance Coach in November 2024.

Cant spent 9 years with Northumberland Cricket Board which included his role as Head of Female Talent Pathway before moving to Headingley in October 2021 as Regional Talent Manager for the Northern Diamonds.

Alongside his role within cricket, Tom regularly turns out for Tynedale in the North East Premier League.
