James Key

James Key joined Durham during the 2023 season as an intern analyst coding the professional men’s, second XI and academy teams.

Following his internship, James became a permanent department member and took on the role of Women’s Analyst ahead of the 2025 season.

His role now involves coding all women’s matches along with match day preparation ahead of their fixtures.

James graduated from Northumbria University with a Sport and Exercise Science BSc (Hons) and a Masters in Sport Performance and Analysis MSc. He also plays cricket locally for Blagdon Park Cricket Club.
