50 Not Out

Our 50 Not Out activity programme, sponsored by Everyone Active, focuses on improving older people’s mental and physical well-being, with the aim of increasing the time people remain healthy.

We inspire older people to get active and stay active, offering a regular physical activity session to integrate participants and provide not only a gentle physical exercise session promoting good health and well-being but also to relieve social isolation and prevent loneliness.

The project is delivered through two strands of the initiative – “Active Minds”, offering arts and crafts activities and “Active Bodies”, focusing on a wide range of cricket-themed sessions.

As part of the project we currently run walking cricket sessions, glass painting sessions and embroidery sessions.
