We believe that it is crucial that the Durham County Coach Education structure continues to re-engage existing qualified cricket coaches and even those who may once have been involved but now, no longer are.
A range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) are available for those who would like to develop their skills and knowledge further, or simply want to get back to coaching the game.

If you have already qualified as a coach and have all of your prerequisites in place then you are eligible to be a member of the ECB Coaches Association (ECB CA). The Association is another place you can turn to for advice and support. It provides you with access to the latest thinking and ideas as well as contact with like-minded coaches working to help each other with the simplest of questions right through comprehensive insurance and legal support if you require it.
