2017 fixtures – out now!

The first competitive match of the new season will fall over the Easter weekend in April, beginning on Good Friday, a week after the warm-up match with Durham MCCU.

Emirates Riverside will also host its maiden floodlit, first-class fixture starting on Monday, 26 June for the visit of Worcestershire, with England set to play their first day-night Test in August 2017.

The return match at New Road is our final game of the season, which was also the scene of Durham’s final match in the 2009 Championship-winning season.

Durham will also enjoy two outground trips throughout the first-class season; Swansea to face Glamorgan at the end of May, before a trip to Chesterfield to face Derbyshire starting on Monday, 3 July.

The Royal London One-Day Cup 2017 campaign starts and finishes with matches at Emirates Riverside.

The opener comes against Derbyshire on Thursday, 27 April before the closer against Lancashire on Tuesday, 16 May.

All of the group fixtures are played within a 19-day period in a change to last year’s format.
