Durham Cricket Foundation will be hosting four free Disability Dynamos Cricket Camps over the summer

Durham Cricket Foundation set to launch Disability Cricket Camps this coming summer.

Durham Cricket Foundation will host four free Disability Dynamos Cricket Camps over the summer.

These sessions are coached by the ECB (England & Wales Cricket Board) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) qualified coaches and are aimed to deliver a summer filled with memories and inclusive fun.

Each participant will receive a free t-shirt and lunch will be provided, in partnership with Karbon Homes. Starting from Tuesday 23rd July these sessions will be held at Silksworth CC, South Shields CC, Philadelphia CC and Burnhope CC rounding them out on Friday 30th August.

Daryl Smith, Disability Development Officer at Durham Cricket Foundation said, “We’re delighted to get these camps underway this summer. We look forward to hosting these every year and I feel this will be one of our best years yet…if the British weather is kind to us!”

He continued, “We would like to extend our thanks to all the cricket clubs we are working with and the coaches who will be supporting the sessions this year.”
