Brand new membership cards for 2016

How do I use my membership card?

Not much has changed in the way you use your membership card compared to previous membership booklets. You will be asked to show your card on entrance to the ground and on entrance to our Members’ Lounge, where a member of staff will scan the barcode and return your card straight to you. After this, you can pop it straight back in your purse, wallet, or other safe place until your next visit to Emirates Riverside.

What about the other purposes of the membership booklets, such as yearbook redemption?

We advise that you keep your tokens for your free annual yearbook, guest pass and voting slip for your Player of the Year with your card throughout the season, and redeem these upon entrance to the ground or at reception when applicable (more information about these can be found in your membership pack).

What happens if I lose my membership card?

If you happen to lose your membership card over the season, contact the Box Office straightaway who can help with providing a replacement for a £15 charge.

If you haven’t yet ordered your Durham CCC membership for 2016 but would like access all Durham CCC County Championship, Royal London One-Day Cup and NatWest T20 Blast home fixtures, access into our exclusive and newly refurbished Members Lounge, a complimentary copy of the Durham CCC yearbook, reciprocal days with other selected venues, and be invited to a series of members forums throughout the season where you can put your questions to players, coaching staff and senior business managers, there’s still time to become a member in time for the start of the 2016 season. Visit our Memberships page or call our Box Office on 0844 499 4466 to fill your summer with First Class cricket.
