Brydon Carse landed back in the UK late last week and we caught up with him on his first day back at Emirates Riverside.
The 21-year-old returned to South Africa over the festive period before starting back with his team mates yesterday morning.
We caught up with him to ask about rest, recuperation and improving on an impressive start to life in the First XI.
