Coping with COVID-19 with Graeme Fowler

Durham Cricket are starting video series featuring the Foundation’s Mental Health Ambassador Graeme Fowler, focusing on promoting positive mental wellbeing during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The videos will highlight vital advice to help all of us look after our mental health in this unprecedented situation and to communicate with one another as best as we can while staying at home.

We will post videos once a week and you can find these on here and on all our social media channels.
