Durham ACO host new Laws of Cricket sessions

Durham Association of Cricket Officials are hosting MCC Law Changes sessions for officials and Clubs ahead of the 2018 season.

The new code of the Laws of Cricket, approved by the MCC Committee, became effective from 1st October 2017 and includes significant changes to the Laws of the game.

Durham ACO are hosting three sessions in March to help local officials prepare for the upcoming season.

The Association advice that it is vitally important that all local umpires, scorers and players (particularly captains) are knowledgeable of the new Laws of Cricket.

Details of the events are as follows:

Monday, 19 March 7.00pm start, Finchdale Lounge Riverside – this is aimed at officials but Clubs can attend

Thursday, 22 March 7.00pm start, Finchdale Lounge Riverside – this is aimed at officials but Clubs can attend

Sunday, 25 March 10.00am start, Fosters Lounge Riverside – this is aimed at Clubs
