Durham County Cricket Club begin their 2012 LV= County Championship challenge this Thursday against Nottinghamshire CCC at Emirates Durham ICG.
Day three of this match coincides with the 20th anniversary of the start of Durham CCC’s debut first class match which they played at The Parks against Oxford University in 1992.
Head Coach Geoff Cook has named a thirteen man squad for the fixture which includes a return to four day action for Ben Stokes following rehabilitation from his finger injury. Paul Collingwood is suffering from a virus and is therefore unavailable for selection.
Play is scheduled to start at 11.00am, with gates opening at 9.00am. Admission on the day is priced at £15 for adults and £5 for juniors.
