Durham Cricket establish partnership with MatchWornShirt

Durham Cricket is delighted to announce the beginning of a partnership with MatchWornShirt, renowned worldwide as an industry leader in unique sports memorabilia.

Initially created as a primary destination for match-worn & signed football shirts, MatchWornShirt is now also home to an extensive range of collectibles from cricket, rugby, cycling and many other sports.

Under this partnership, fans of Durham Cricket will have the opportunity to own the match-worn & signed shirts of their favourite players. In 2024, no fewer than three online auctions are set to take place exclusively on the MatchWornShirt website and app.

Included in these auctions will be the match-worn & signed shirts of Durham Cricket’s eleven starting players, as well as two shirts from the fanshop which have both been signed by multiple members of the club’s current squad.

James Flude, Head of Business at MatchWornShirt, commented: “Since its founding , this club has been regarded as one of the most exciting forces in county cricket. We are extremely proud to be adding their name to our portfolio.”

Tom Seymour, Durham’s Commercial Director added: “Match-worn shirts are very popular within our fanbase and membership, therefore to sign this partnership is very exciting for us.

Our new partnership with MatchWornShirt will provide supporters with even more chances to get their hands on truly unique items of memorabilia, enabling them to own a piece of history from the Durham players.”
