Durham Cricket Foundation update regarding the Great North Run 2020

Following the cancellation of the 2020 Great North Run, Durham Cricket Foundation can confirm that its entries will be rolled over to 2021.

Runners, who had secured a place with the Foundation, will automatically receive a place for next year, unless they request otherwise. We will be communicating these options with runners via email shortly.

Durham Cricket Foundation has participated in the Great North Run for three consequent years, with Durham Cricket’s Lead High Performance Coach James Franklin, former Durham player Keaton Jennings, Academy Manager John Windows amongst the many other runners who have tackled the 13.1 miles for the cricket charity.

The Foundation would have had 12 runners in the 2020 Great North Run, who will now have the option to automatically enrol to the 2021 event, scheduled for 12th September 2021.

The Foundation will soon be announcing more spaces for the 2021 run.
