What time is the first act appearing?
The first act will appear at approximately 6.30pm each night.
What time will the concert finish?
The curfew for both concerts is 10.30pm
Can we bring food & drink into the ground?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground.
No glass packaging please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found unfortunately we will have to confiscate them.
Are tickets available to purchase on the day/night?
The box office will be open from 9am to 2pm to purchase tickets. From 2pm ticket sales will transfer to Gate 2.
Tickets will be priced at £25 for Blue, Five & Atomic Kitten and £32 for Jessie J before 5pm.
After 5pm tickets will be priced at £28 for Blue, Five & Atomic Kitten and £35 for Jessie J.
I have tickets to collect, when can I do this?
Please collect tickets on both days from the Box Office between the hours 9am – 2pm.
After 2pm please collect from Gate 2.
Is car parking available?
Car parking passes can be purchased from the Box Office priced at £5, please call 0844 499 4466. Email confirmation will be sent over to you and this must be displayed in your vehicle.
Alternatively car parking passes can be purchased at £5 on the evening from stewards manning the car parks.

Special Bus Service:
We are also offering everyone the chance to pre-book onto our bus service. For only £4 we will take you from the concert back to one of either, Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland or South Shields town centres… click here to buy. Alternatively you will be able to pay on the night on a first come first serve basis.
Buses will depart from the car park, which will be clearly signposted half an hour after the concert ends.
