Dynamos name squad for Royal FLt20 quarter final clash

Durham Dynamos take on the winners of the Friends Life t20 South Group, Hampshire Royals, at The Rose Bowl this Sunday (7 August) in the third quarter final of the competition.

Dynamos Head Coach Geoff Cook has named a 14 man squad for the fixture which sees the return of overseas player David Miller and potentially the first appearance of Ben Stokes in the Friends Life t20 this year after his return from injury.

Paul Collingwood (16) goes into the match as the highest Durham wicket taker in the competition, closely followed by Mitchell Claydon (14), while skipper Dale Benkenstein and opener Phil Mustard both average above 30 in the batting line up, with the Colonel scoring 354 runs from his 15 appearances.

The match will be live on Sky Sports, plus BBC Radio Newcastle will be providing online ball by ball commentary.
