Dynamos take on Lightning at Home

Durham will be looking for their third win in the Yorkshire Bank 40 competition this week-end when they take on Lancashire Lightning at Emirates Durham ICG on Sunday June 2nd.

The Dynamos will want to carry on from their good form they showed last Sunday after taking the points against Derbyshire in a rain affected match.

The two teams have already met this season in the opening Yorkshire Bank 40 fixture with Durham coming away with a 5-wicket win, a memorable match for Durham opener Phil Mustard who made 91 from 86 balls.

The match is shaping up as an important one with all teams hungry for points in a close pool with Lancashire recording just the one win in the competition so far after defeating Surrey at Old Trafford a fortnight ago.

In a blow for the Dynamos Gareth Breese has been ruled out of this match and for the next four weeks with torn a Latisimus Dorsi muscle in his shoulder/back.
