The IT20 international that was scheduled to take place at Emirates Riverside between England and Australia on July 3 will now not take place at the ground this summer, as the ECB announced their latest update on international cricket today.
All ticket purchasers for the IT20 have been contacted directly via email with details of the refund process, which are also outlined below.
We are currently working with our ticket provider to ensure all refunds will be ready for processing during the week commencing July 13. However please be advised that the refunds may take 5-7 days to show in your account as these will be processed by the issuing bank.
For those ticket purchase holders who purchased tickets by debit and credit card through our website or over the phone, the refund will be issued into your account, if your card is still valid. Therefore you do not need to do anything.
Please note the money must be refunded into the account you purchased the ticket with.
If you purchased your ticket through PDQ, by cash at the Durham Cricket box office or the card you paid with is no longer valid you will need to complete an online form through a secure page (listed at the bottom of this article) which will direct you to ticketrefunds@durhamcricket.co.uk
*Once the refund has been processed the information will no longer be kept by Durham Cricket.
The same process as outlined above will apply to those who purchased car parking tickets.
Due to current circumstances this process has taken longer than usual and we’d like to apologise to all fans for the delay.
Further information on international and domestic tickets refunds can be found here: www.ecb.co.uk/refundscheme.
