The Dynamo’s impressive home ground, the Emirates Durham ICG, is set for a carnival occasion with exciting free activities available for families from 12.30pm for afternoon games and 3.40pm for evening games, ranging from go karting and pony rides to assault course challenges and much more.
All FLt20 fixtures will have family attractions such as bouncy castles, face-painters and fireworks in place. Throughout the t20 season, selected fixtures will also have extra treats in store including, stilt walkers, paparazzi photographers and on pitch competitions, all of which will be free for spectators to enjoy.
Durham’s home t20 fixtures take place in June and July are to be staged predominantly on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons, offering businesses and families the chance to attend after work, school or at the weekend.
And with t20 season ticket holders entitled to a first refusal position on Ashes tickets for when the Aussies roll into town in 2013, demand for places at the eight game Friends Life run fest is already sky high. Discounted t20 group deals are also proving highly popular, with people keen to enjoy a special day or evening out with family, friends and colleagues.
