Final four confirmed for Women’s Performance Indoor Bash Finals

Philadelphia Cricket Club topped the Women’s Performance Indoor Bash league table to go through to Finals Day, taking place this Sunday, 9 December.

Shotley Bridge Cricket Club qualified in second place, followed by Durham City Cricket Club and Durham University Cricket Team to make up the final four.

The finalists were decided after three weeks of fixtures, when each of six participating teams played each other.

The top four teams went through to Finals Day, when they will play three games to decide the winner of this year’s competition.

The Women’s Performance Indoor Bash is part of Durham Cricket Board’s women’s winter programme aiming to create playing opportunities in the off-season.

The competition included six teams representing cricket clubs and organisations with established women’s and girls’ sections.

The Finals Day will take place on Sunday, 9 December at the Louisa Centre, Stanley with the first fixture scheduled for 12.00 noon.
