Franklin names unchanged squad for West Midlands double-header

James Franklin has selected a 13-man squad for Durham Cricket’s next two Royal London One Day Cup away fixtures, which begin tomorrow at Worcestershire (Wednesday, April 24) and Warwickshire (Friday, April 26).

Durham have started the white-ball campaign well, winning their first two fixtures at Emirates Riverside and Franklin will be hoping his side can continue their excellent form.

D’s captain Cameron Bancroft has led from the front so far, scoring 269 runs in just two innings and is yet to be out in this year’s competition.

Chris Rushworth is still unavailable for selection as he continues to recover from a side injury, however the reliable paceman is progressing well and will feature for Durham’s seconds on Thursday.

Durham’s next home game will take place at Emirates Riverside on Sunday, April 28 against Derbyshire. For updates, stats and video, make sure you check out Durham’s match centre at www.durhamcricket.co.uk/match-centre.
