Having been inserted by Stockton, Bushnell batting at 3, hit 10 fours and 3 sixes in his innings, as Hartlepool closed on 244/5. He then picked up 2/19 with the ball, before Stockton finished their 50 overs on 170/8.
Ben McKinney led the way with an unbeaten 92 from 91 balls as Burnopfield beat Tynemouth by 5 wickets at Preston Avenue. Burnopfield won the toss and elected to field with Daniel Hogg picking up 2/25 opening the bowling from 10.4 overs, as Tyenmouth were dismissed for 145.
Chasing 146, McKinney batted through, facing an attack which included Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff who struck with 4/39 from 15 overs, but the visitors chased down the target needed in 33.1 overs.

League leaders Burnmoor won a low scoring thriller with South Northumberland, as Burnmoor pipped the Bulls by 22 runs at the Village. Burnmoor batted first and were bowled out for 125 in 45.4 overs but South Northumberland were dismissed for 103 in reply, Mitchell Killeen was in action for Burnmoor and picked up 2/11 from 4.3 overs.
