Meet the Players date announced

The first members’ evening of the 2019 season, our annual Meet the Players event, will take place in the Members Lounge on Monday 1 April.

The Club’s new Lead High Performance Coach, James Franklin, will be in attendance along with his backroom staff & the players to mark the start of a new season.

New signing Cameron Bancroft & returning all-rounder Ben Raine will be among those in attendance, as will Chris Rushworth as he looks forward to a huge year of activities as part of his testimonial.

The event is again hosted by BBC Newcastle’s Martin Emmerson & will take place from 6:30pm with arrival from 6:00pm. It is expected to close at around 8:30pm.

Booking is not required for this event, but members must have their membership card in order to gain entry on the night.

2019 Yearbooks can also be claimed on the night on production of the voucher included in membership packs, which will be posted out in the near future.

Ashes Night: TBC

Members Forum: Tuesday 24^th September (Day 2 of Glamorgan CC, held in Riverside lounge after play finishes)

Members Quiz Night: Friday, 4^th October, 6.30pm (to be held in Riverside)

Christmas Lunch for Members: Tuesday, 10^th December, 12 noon arrival (to be held in Riverside.)

Junior Members Christmas Party: Sunday, 15^th December
