Nottinghamshire 2nd innings 246 all out (Mullaney 72, D Hussey 57)

A word from both camps
Paul Collingwood, Durham Captain: “We’ll find a way to get back to our best, which we haven’t been at for the last four or five games. The return of Ben Stokes will give huge confidence to us”
Mick Newell, Nottinghamshire Head Coach: “They’ve not made a good start and we’ve got to pile it on them to make sure that continues. We need to play a good level of cricket to do that. They’ve got good players and they’ve had plenty of recent success in the four day game”
Did you know?
Durham have won the last three LV=County Championship matches between these two sides. One of those wins arrived in August 2012, when Graham Onions took a career best haul of 9-67 in Nottinghamshire’s first innings. Onions then ran out Luke Fletcher to ensure he was involved in all ten wickets.
Team News:
Head Coach Jon Lewis is boosted by the return of Ben Stokes, who could play his first game of the season. Jamie Harrison (knee) and Graham Onions (back) miss out, but Mark Wood and Scott Borthwick are named in the 13 man squad. A decision on each player’s fitness will be made shortly before the game.
