What time do the doors open?
– 5pm general admission, subject to sound checks being completed.
– 4pm for Hospitality customers.
What time is the first act appearing?
The first act will appear at approximately 6.30pm (subject to change)
What time will the concert finish?
The concert will end approximately 11:00pm (subject to change)
Can we bring food & drink into the ground?
No food, drink or alcohol can be brought into the ground.
No glass bottles or cans. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found unfortunately we will have to confiscate them.
Are there catering units on site?
Yes there are several catering units available throughout the concert offering a range of food.
Are tickets available to purchase on the day/night?
Yes you will be able to purchase tickets on the day of the concert subject to availability, although we advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
I have tickets to collect, when can I do this?
Please collect tickets from the Box Office.
Is car parking available?
Car parking passes can be purchased from the Durham CCC Box Office priced at £5, please call 0844 499 4466. Email confirmation will be sent over to you and this must be displayed in your vehicle.
Alternatively car parking passes can be purchased at £10 on the evening from stewards manning the car parks subject to availability.
Accessibility:
Disabled tickets can only be purchased directly from Ticketmaster access team on 0800 988 4440.
Is the concert seated?
Yes, the concert is a fully seated show.
