The three-day fixture will provide another outing for Killeen’s side ahead of the competitive fixtures beginning in just under two weeks’ time.
Cameron Steel will return to action after positive outings for the First XI in pre-season while Graham Clark will have chance to impress once again after scoring back-to-back hundreds against Kent/Essex.
James Weighell, Adam Hickey & Barry McCarthy are also set to feature.
The team is subject to the First XI squad travelling to Bristol for the Specsavers County Championship match against Gloucestershire, which begins on Friday.
Entry is free into Emirates Riverside for all three days of this fixture.
