Spectator information: Durham v Durham UCCE pre-season fixture

Following their pre-season tour in Zimbabwe, Durham take on Durham University in their final warm up action of pre-season on Monday – as preparations conclude ahead of the LV=Insurance County Championship season getting underway next month.

Entry for this fixture is free across all three days with entry from 10am each day.

Please note Seat Unique Riverside is now a cashless venue for all transactions on site.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of attending the fixture.

GATES

Entry to the ground will be via Gate 2.

Gates will open at 10am.

HOURS OF PLAY

The scheduled hours of play are as follows, but please listen for announcements of any adjustments to these timings on the day.

11am Start of play

6pm Scheduled Close of Play

CAR PARKING

Parking is available in the council car parks outside the ground. There will be no stewarding in this area.

2023 disabled parking passes have not yet been posted and will be with members shortly, in this case 2022 passes can be used for this fixture, access being by gate 6.

GROUND/PITCH ACCESS

The match will be played on pitch 3.

SHOP/RECEPTION/BOX OFFICE

Durham’s welcome hub will be open throughout this fixture.

Fans will have the chance to browse all of Durham’s retail offering in our new club shop.

For those still wishing to renew memberships, this can be done via the welcome hub from 10am each day.

Yearbooks are not available for collection yet and are likely to be ready for the Worcestershire fixture.

FOOD AND DRINK

Cold snacks & sandwiches will be available in the Castle View Suite, but please note NO hot food will be available during this fixture.

The Sticky Wicket will be open throughout all three days of play, and will be serving hot food.

LIVE STREAMING

As this is a warm up fixture the club will be testing their live stream for the season so please note we will not be offering a full service for this game. There will be no BBC Newcastle commentary for this fixture.
