Spectator Information: Northern Diamonds v Thunder

Durham welcome Northern Diamonds to Seat Unique Riverside on Saturday 20 April for their opening fixture in Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, when they take on Thunder. Entry is free for all spectators for this fixture.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of attending the fixture.

GATES

Entry to the ground will be via Gate 2, with entry being free.

Gates will open at 9:30am

HOURS OF PLAY

The scheduled hours of play are as follows, but please listen for announcements of any adjustments to these timings on the day.

10:30am Start of play

5:30pm Scheduled Close of Play

VENUE

Seat Unique Riverside is a cashless venue.

 CAR PARKING

Parking is available in the council car parks outside the ground. There will be no stewarding in this area.

 GROUND/PITCH ACCESS

The match will be played on pitch 19.

SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS

Please allow sufficient time for our staff to carry out our security procedures (including bag searches and “pat – down”checks).

You can also assist with the security operation by reporting any concerns-no matter how small-to the club’s stewards. Help stay secure by staying alert; if something doesn’t look right, tell a steward.

SHOP/RECEPTION/BOX OFFICE

Durham’s Welcome Hub will be open from gates opening time until just after the interval between innings.

Fans will have the chance to browse all of Durham’s retail offering in our club shop including our new range of kit.

FOOD AND DRINK

The Durham Cricket members lounge will be available in the Castle View Lounge with a limited refreshment offer, available for both Durham and Yorkshire members.

The Sticky Wicket will be open from 10am serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with hot and cold drinks.  Take out from 10am and breakfast

SENSORY ROOM
