Squad of 15 named for Derbyshire Falcons T20 Blast fixture

Durham Cricket Lead High Performance Coach, James Franklin has named a 15-man squad for Durham’s sixth Vitality Blast fixture against Derbyshire Falcons at Emirates Riverside.

With five games remaining in this season’s Vitality Blast campaign, Durham are still searching for their first win and kick start their T20 summer – and have another chance tomorrow evening.

Derbyshire Falcons are the visitors tomorrow [Friday 11 September, 6:30pm] at Emirates Riverside, who are also without a win in the 2020 Vitality Blast, despite making it to Finals Day last season.

The Falcons previous visit this summer in the Blast was abandoned without a ball bowled due to heavy rain.

There are three changes to the squad from the Yorkshire fixture last Friday evening, with Gareth Harte, Jack Campbell and Oliver Gibson being named in the fifteen-man squad. Both Campbell and Gibson are yet to make an appearance for Durham in this format of the game, however Campbell made his first-class debut last season against Leicestershire at Grace Road.

Nathan Rimmington (c), Alex Lees, Graham Clark, David Bedingham, Farhaan Behardien, Brydon Carse, Ben Raine, Gareth Harte, Paul Coughlin, Stuart Poynter, Oliver Gibson, Jack Campbell, Matthew Potts, Liam Trevaskis, Scott Steel
