Stokes & Collingwood included for Lancashire match

Ben Stokes has been made available for Durham’s crucial Specsavers County Championship match against Lancashire at Southport tomorrow.

The all-rounder is expected to resume bowling duties when the two sides collide in their big Division One clash.

Paul Collingwood is also available for selection after a number of weeks out with a fractured thumb.

Due to the late start in this evening’s NatWest T20 Blast match combined with Lancashire’s match at Leicestershire, play will start at midday at Southport.

And it is a big fixture for both sides as we aim to keep in touch with Middlesex at the top.

Adam Hickey is also added to a 12-man squad after impressing for the Second XI, captaining them during the T20 Finals Day this week.

England bowler James Anderson will play the first two days of the game or the first innings for both sides, whichever is shorter.

Squad vs Lancashire (16-19 July): Paul Collingwood (c), Mark Stoneman, Keaton Jennings, Scott Borthwick, Jack Burnham, Ben Stokes, Michael Richardson (wk), Paul Coughlin, Usman Arshad, Chris Rushworth, Graham Onions, Adam Hickey.
