Max Restaino will perform as special guest at Tears for Fears’ Durham concert this summer.
The young pop star has been making waves across the UK and will now join legendary pop band ABC as support for Tears For Fears on Saturday 27 July at Emirates Riverside, home of Durham CCC, in what promises to be THE event of the summer!
Young pop star Max Restaino hails from Sheffield and has amassed a wealth of experience working with some of the biggest names in music and show business from Gary Barlow to Peter Kay.
Max has toured all over the UK building up a steady fan base and appeared as special guest for Rebecca Ferguson on her 20-date Superwoman UK Tour in 2016, followed up in 2017 as support for STEPS on their 22-date sold out UK arena tour.
Max, whose musical influences range from Michael Jackson to ELO and Supertramp, wrote, produced and recorded his debut album The Time It Takes, and impressively not only performed all the instruments but produced all of the songs on the album, showcasing the sheer depth of his musical talent and earning him a feature on the Sky TV Series ‘Tin Pan Valley’ with his track Fall from the album.
2018 saw Max support Shane Filan on his UK theatre tour followed up with his supporting Peter Andre on his 24-date UK tour earlier this year.
