Q4: Have the weather conditions affected seating areas?

Only in as much as we have had to slightly alter the stage position, although all seats will still have a great view of the stage.  It does however mean that the following seating blocks will not now be installed:

Blocks A3, A9, B3, B4, B9

If you have tickets for any of these areas, there is no need to contact the Box Office in advance – please enter the ground as normal and then make your way to the ticket kiosk on the pitch where your tickets will be swapped for equivalent, or upgraded tickets.

Q5: What can customers bring into the event?

No alcohol or picnic hampers should be brought into the concert. To ensure this is enforced, bags will be searched at the entrance gates. Any alcohol confiscated will be disposed of and not returned.

Please also ensure that you bring suitable clothing for all weather conditions, bearing in mind that seating areas are not covered at the ground.

Q6: If I have a general ticket query, or tickets to collect, where do I go?

All general ticket queries and ticket collections on the day will be handled from Gate 2 Ticket Office.

Q7: Any other key messages?

It is worth reiterating this concert is an outdoor event with no covered seating areas. Please ensure that you bring suitable clothing for all weather conditions.

The bad weather experienced recently mean some car parks and accesses to the ground are not in the condition we would like. It is therefore worth noting this when choosing your attire for the evening.
