We’re hiring: Wicketz Cricket and Club Development Officer

Durham Cricket, in partnership with the Lord’s Taverners, are recruiting for the position of Wicketz Cricket and Club Development Officer.

This exciting role seeks an energetic and experienced individual who can deliver across a wide range of key priorities and objectives. The role combines programme development with cricket coaching focused on the personal development of participants and the development of sustainable Wicketz hubs and clubs.

The role will continue the development of our established Wicketz programme in Hartlepool, introduced in 2015, which gives opportunities to young people to take part in cricket and enjoy physical activity regardless of background, circumstances or ability, while also providing wider opportunities to participants to develop social and personal skills.

The role will also strive to develop two new Wicketz community hubs in the district of Easington that engage hard to reach individuals and provide personal development opportunities that will enhance their future prospects.

Find out more about Wicketz here.

Closing date: Sunday, 14th March.
