Hundreds of young Durham Jets supporters were left thrilled with autographs & pictures after a stellar signing session following Friday’s Vitality Blast win over Worcestershire Rapids!
In what has been touted as the largest signing session Emirates Riverside has ever seen, the Jets players were out signing memorabilia & posing for photographs up to an hour after securing a seven-wicket win.
With kids admitted for free on the day to celebrate the end of school term, our regular Junior Jets were joined by a raft of local cricket clubs & many schoolchildren attending their first match.
And the signing session, which takes place after the end of each Vitality Blast match, started in front of the Paul Collingwood Pavilion & stretched all the way round to the electronic scoreboard.
All of the Jets spent time taking pictures & talking to families on the outfield, with one star player in particular demand – Ben Stokes.
The England all-rounder ensured no one missed out & finished up over an hour after the conclusion of the match.
